What is HR Case Management in the ServiceNow HRSD module?

HR Case Management is where employees can submit any sort of HR related request. This could be a complaint, a request for employment verification certificate, an enquiry about their remaining leaves, a request to issue their latest pay slip etc. The main purpose of the HR Case Management modules is to take that request and route it to the correct team while maintaining security and confidentiality.

HRSD stands for Human Resource Service Delivery. This module is used for HR related stuff like on-boarding/off-boarding of employees, filing HR related complaints and queries, looking up HR related polices and procedures, securely storing employees' sensitive data/files. HRSD has the following sub-modules/areas: - 1. HR Case Management 2. Employee Center 3. Knowledge Management 4. Lifecycle Events We'll talk about these briefly in upcoming posts.
